Repacking (RE-PACK)

• Repacking according to the company's repacking standards. There is                               no charge.
• Collection of items according to the wishes of the customer or Items that come in bags
  The team will have to pack it in a box and there will be a cost for this.            $2/box / Tracking 

  **In the case that the customer wants to combine items **Please inform in advance.

• In the event that the package or outer box is damaged, the box will be changed automatically.
  There will be an additional charge based on the box size.
  
• In case of changing box + Bubble
  Additional repackwithout changing the box + Bubble                              $5 – $20
  Additional repackincluding changing boxes + Bubble                                   starting at $15
  Shrink Wrap fee for luggage                                                    $10
  **Additional repacks and large items or there is a request for additional details additional charge will be informed to the customer later.
  **Bubble rate depends on the amount of material used.
• In the case that the item has oil/damage
  Item has oil or needs to be cleaned. and damaged items    starting at $15
  ** Depending on the type and size of the product. This includes using gloves, bottles, and disposing of liquids. Disposing of broken glass, etc., as items must be discarded in specific areas only.
• If the item is damaged and needs to be sent back to Thailand, there will be a cleaning fee    $10 – $15/ Box
  
  ****For products that can be broken The company recommends repacking with a shockproof package to prevent product damage or you can use our repacking service. Because the company does not have a policy to compensate for damages if the product is damaged during the transportation journey****
  
  

Additional photography 

“The purpose of opening the company's inspection box and taking pictures is to check the type of product and confirm that there are no prohibited or illegal goods in the parcel The process of taking photos confirms the condition of the package and its products. in order to see the overall picture which will take a total of 3 photos."

• In the event that the parcel is damaged The company's standard is that the team will carefully inspect the package. In this case, the customer will receive more than 3 photos.
• Customers who require additional details in photography beyond the company's standards. There will be additional costs. Starting at $5 per box
• In the case that the package has arrived properly or want to check the amount until checking the expiration date There will be a service chargestarting at $5 per box.

**Normal photography by the photography company involves opening and checking the items inside. And only to provide evidence that the item has arrived at the warehouse**“

In the case if you want to return package to the seller.

• In the case of returning by requesting a return label from the seller, there will be no charge.
• If returned to the seller without a return label, there will be a                 service charge of $20 + actual shipping cost.
